1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ashborn website, products, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. If you sign in with Google, the Google account terms also apply. Notify us at hello@ashborn.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing errors or refuse/cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing mistakes.
• Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Returns and refunds follow our returns policy. Personalised or sale items may be non-returnable where indicated at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape data without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Resell items purchased from Ashborn without our written consent.

7. Intellectual property

All Ashborn branding, designs, photography, and site content are owned by Ashborn or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashborn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe you are misusing the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
