Returns & exchanges.

7-day window. You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Condition. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Exclusions. Pre-order pieces with custom name or number print are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

How to start. Email returns@ashborn.bd with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll arrange a pickup inside Dhaka or share a return address for outside.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, we refund via bKash or bank transfer.

Defects. If a piece arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we cover return shipping and replace the piece.
